Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in ML or autonomous systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing ML/AI teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI models or ML pipelines into production.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing ML/AI engineering team.
• Drive development of autonomy algorithms and foundation models.
• Define architecture and ensure low-latency, scalable data systems.
