• Define the roadmap for AV Data Collection operation intelligence.
• Facilitate the operations team to collect high-value driving data.
• Define requirements for operation tools and technical architecture design.
• Communicate progress, opportunities, and risks to leadership.
• Hire a high-performing team and raise the bar on engineering quality.
