Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. seeks a Strength Manager in the Airframe Integrity Group to plan, manage, and execute engineering programs across metallic and composite structures.

You will lead technical teams, review designs, develop material allowables, and coordinate large-scale testing, while ensuring compliance with DoD and industry standards and delivering on cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in engineering with 9+ years of experience.
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate workloads to milestones.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

• Lead engineering projects to meet quality, schedule, and financial goals.
• Develop structural analysis techniques for metallic and composite components.
