Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) platform team, guiding the next generation of intelligent testing capabilities for customers. You will build AI-native experiences that simplify and accelerate automated tests across CI/CD pipelines and upgrades.

You will manage multiple product teams, provide technical leadership, and drive engineering excellence while collaborating with product management to align priorities and goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience and at least 5+ years in a management role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software development, architecture, and testing.
• Fluency in multiple programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) and strong system design skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms and automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
