- Lead and scale a delivery model consisting of team leads, with engineering teams under each lead.
- Coach and develop engineering leaders accountable for execution, quality, and delivery outcomes.

- Own delivery communication with internal leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and lead mitigation strategies before they impact customers or timelines.

Engineering Environment & Tooling
- Operate fluently across a modern full-stack environment:
- AI & Automation: GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, internal AI agents for test generation and productivity tracking
- AI-Augmented Delivery
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development practices across engineering teams.
- Leverage AI tools to:
- Generate test cases and performance benchmarks.

- Strong engineering background with the ability to evaluate technical designs, risks, and execution plans.
- Experience leading global or distributed teams at scale.
- Demonstrated success partnering across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and customer facing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
