Job summary

TE Connectivity Harrisburg seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Lead Engineering Group, driving cross-disciplinary innovation and bridging AST initiatives to PDE. The role focuses on strategic technology roadmaps, cross-organizational integration, and the development of a robust engineering talent pipeline.

You will mentor engineers, advance design-for-manufacturing initiatives, and ensure alignment with CTO and SBT priorities while helping unlock next‑gen data center connectivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Physics or related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in product development, advanced engineering or technology development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with SBT strategy.
• Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives across product teams.
• Drive pathfinding projects in design for manufacturing and simulation.
• Facilitate smooth technology transitions into PDE and product commercialization.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards across SBTs.
