Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior engineering leader to oversee the engineering function for the nuclear fleet, ensuring governance, performance, and alignment with corporate objectives. The role requires substantial supervisory experience and a strong engineering background.

Responsibilities include directing staff, participating in planning and budgeting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and reliability across facilities. A PE/SRO background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; SRO license may apply.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Must meet access and medical requirements; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, governance and oversight of the engineering function for the nuclear fleet.
• Develop and evaluate performance and development of engineering personnel toward corporate objectives.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews for site and Constellation Nuclear; supervise staff.
