Qualifications

• 10 years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in a direct engineering management or leadership role.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or hardware-tech startup environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and functional management for a cross-functional engineering team spanning systems, mechanical, electrical, and RF engineering.
• Lead hiring strategy and develop a robust engineering talent pipeline to meet 6–12+ month roadmaps.
• Coordinate programmatic staffing and dynamic resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects to meet cost, quality, and reliability goals.
