Qualifications

• Ten years of experience delivering capital/expense projects in manufacturing or lab environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in active facilities emphasizing safety, quality, and startup readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital and expense projects within portfolio, delivering assets safely, on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead integrated project teams across multiple functions to align with site priorities.
• Develop and execute project execution plans including scope, procurement, commissioning, and risk management.
• Ensure project scopes meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Oversee design development, constructability reviews, and value management.
• Develop procurement strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Manage project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Provide oversight of field coordination and contractor performance.
• Prepare governance and funding materials for reviews.
• Communicate risks and escalate issues to leadership.
• Coordinate commissioning, qualification, turnover, and transition to operations.
