Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years delivering capital/expense projects in manufacturing, lab, infrastructure, or similar complex environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with site stakeholders for capital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage large capital projects independently or as part of a portfolio, delivering assets safely, on time, and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple functions to align projects with site expectations and standards.
• Develop and execute project execution plans including scope, strategy, procurement, construction, commissioning, risk management, and closeout.
• Ensure project scopes deliver business solutions aligned with manufacturing needs, safety, compliance, and capital objectives.
• Manage design development, coordination, and constructability reviews; apply value management and trade-off analysis.
