Job summary

Raytheon, Ft. Wayne, IN, is seeking an Associate Director Chief Engineer to lead engineering for multiple programs within the Advanced Systems product line. You will oversee technical execution, schedule, and cost, while serving as the main technical interface with the customer and leadership.

Role requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, onsite in Ft Wayne. This position leads a cross-disciplinary engineering team, defines strategy, and guides risk management and digital engineering

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience in airborne electronic warfare systems design, use-case development, and integration/test.
• Experience as a Lead Design/Systems Engineer or IPT Lead.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for multiple programs, overseeing technical, schedule, and cost aspects.
• Define program vision, strategy, and goals aligned with customer requirements.
• Serve as primary technical POC with customer senior counterparts.
