Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering for distributed systems; 4+ years in people leadership.
• Proven experience building low-latency, high-throughput banking/regulated platforms.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, Java backend, and modern web UIs.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled initiatives in production environments.
• Strong automation, testing, security-by-design, and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across software, DevOps/Platform, QA, and security.
• Own end-to-end delivery from roadmap to production operations.
• Set technical direction aligning with product goals and non-functional requirements.
• Drive latency, reliability, and performance through SLOs and capacity planning.
