Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive hands-on software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• 4+ years building full-stack web applications (React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Java/Node.js backend).
• 3+ years with cloud-native systems (microservices, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Solid hands-on background with TCP/IP, Multicast, multithreading, and real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for consolidating test systems into a unified platform.
• Drive architectural decisions focusing on frontend, backend, and event streaming.
• Define system requirements for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Promote engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Own planning and prioritization of the platform roadmap in quarterly increments.
