Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in knowledge sharing and contributes to team engineering practices.
• Leads design, build, and enhance software products.
• Leads testing strategies and test-driven development (TDD).
• Promotes pair programming and collaboration across cross-site teams.
• Manages backlog, sprint planning, and daily standups within XP environment.
• Establishes CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud deployments.
