The role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud, and modern DevOps practices. You will collaborate with product managers and cross‑site teams to deliver high‑quality software with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x+ for scalable backend services.
• Strong understanding of JVM performance and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with React/Angular/Typescript for frontend integration.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and microservice patterns.
• Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS) and on-premises hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (Datadog).
• Knowledge of TDD, secure coding, and pair programming practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in design, development, and delivery of software products.
• Direct and mentor medium to large engineering teams; drive KPI outcomes.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align architecture across portfolios.
• Promote best practices in testing, security, and observability.
