Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules through all lifecycle stages.
• Prepare project definitions including scope, budget, and funding needs.

• Review bids, contracts, and submittals; oversee procurement and closeout.
• Prepare status, progress, and financial reports; support grant applications.
