Qualifications
- Experience leading PCBA/SMT engineering teams in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong background in process and product improvement within contract manufacturing.
- Proven ability to drive NPI, budgets, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Engineers, Technicians and Programmers across Process, Mechanical and SMT Engineering.
- Oversee projects, NPI timelines, budgets, resources and customer requirements.
- Drive PCBA/SMT process improvements, KPI attainment, OTD, quality and throughput.
