Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Specialized Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or Physics.
• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years.

Responsibilities

• Assesses product development requirements and analyzes complex technical issues, offering innovative solutions that improve product design and functionality.
• Assists in the management of large-scale engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Designs systems to meet customer specifications and business needs, using advanced engineering principles and tools to create high-quality, efficient solutions.
• Develops more complex product designs and systems, ensuring that all engineering processes adhere to safety standards and internal quality controls.
• Implements processes to enhance product performance, streamline development cycles, and improve overall engineering efficiency.
• Interprets complex technical data and communicates findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with external suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure resources for development and implementation.
• Coaches junior engineers and team members to ensure high-quality work and growth.
• Delivers continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices and presents at industry forums.
