Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineering Consultant – Equity & BSA based in the United States to lead complex due diligence across PCAs, Equity assessments, and BSAs. You will mentor teams, manage multi-site programs, and advise clients on risk, capital planning, and investment decisions.

You will develop scopes, review technical documentation, and ensure compliance with ASTM E2018 standards while fostering strong client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience performing or managing PCAs, Equity assessments, and BSAs.
• Experience leading complex due diligence projects and multi-site programs.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to act as primary technical contact.
• Ability to develop project scopes, technical approaches, and proposals including Equity and BSA deliverables.
• Independent technical knowledge of at least two major building systems (e.g., roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, accessibility).
• Familiarity with ASTM E2018 and related standards for property condition assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; professional licensure or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex due diligence projects across PCAs, Equity assessments, and BSAs, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Manage key client relationships and serve as the primary technical contact for regional/national accounts.
• Oversee large multi-site programs and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess building systems and provide guidance on capital expenditures and risk.
• Review technical documents and develop scopes/proposals for Equity and BSA work.
• Support business development through technical input and client discussions.
