Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an Engineering Changes Engineer to plan, evaluate, and implement ECNs/ECs across U.S. manufacturing sites.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to minimize impact on quality, cost, inventory, and commitments. You will lead cross-functional reviews, monitor progress, and manage ECOs/ECNs within Oracle/Windchill, driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering change management or related field.
• Experience with PLM, BOM management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, planning, and implementation of engineering changes across U.S. manufacturing sites.
• Assess impact on inventory, materials, schedules, quality, cost, and customer commitments.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and Operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions.
• Manage ECOs/ECNs, deviations, and configuration records in Acuity systems.
• Develop metrics, track performance, and drive process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement of change management processes.
