Job summary

Auth0 is seeking a Senior Architect to guide the technology direction and architecture across the organization. You will lead and mentor senior engineers, drive the development of large-scale distributed systems, and work closely with product and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You will embed with Engineering teams on major initiatives, provide hands-on coding, and help evolve best practices for security and performance in multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years building cloud-based applications.
• Experience with API-first design using REST/gRPC.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth, OIDC and SAML.
• Security-minded with experience in securing large systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and continually improve Auth0’s technology stack and architecture.
• Lead innovation in the IAM space with a focus on Agentic Identity.
• Scale and evolve Auth0 product offerings across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security on large projects.
• Architect and document large-scale distributed systems.
