Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking an Analyst to perform advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of power plant operations. You will be responsible for technical decisions and will mentor other engineers in key knowledge areas.

Minimum qualifications include a technical degree with several years of power industry experience and a strong working knowledge of engineering processes. This role offers a clear path to Senior levels and will support outage activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related industry experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 3 years of power plant experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma with 5 years related industry experience.
• Working knowledge of engineering processes and systems relevant to the role.
• Maintain minimum access requirements and pass medical examinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of Power plant operations.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineers on key knowledge areas.
• Manage engineering tasks and ensure proper configuration management.
• Conduct independent research and analyses to support projects.
