Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to provide advanced technical engineering problem solving in support of power plant operations. You will serve as a technical expert and contribute to design, analysis, and project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical) with 7 years of related experience, familiarity with NERC standards, field engineering at power plants, and experience with electrical controls, protection devices, and HV/LV

Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering with 7 years of experience.
Familiarity with NERC standards.
Experience at electrical power plant or industrial environment.
Knowledge of electrical controls and protection devices.

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth engineering analysis and programs to support power plant operations.
Serve as a technical expert and mentor engineers across projects.
Lead short- and long-term engineering programs affecting site operations.
Ensure design criteria, practices and codes are applied in plans and specs.
Perform independent research and analyses for technical projects.
Recommend equipment and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.
