Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Cost & Quality and Day to Day System Integrator to drive cost optimization and quality improvements across product design and manufacturing processes.

You will coordinate with suppliers, subsystems, manufacturing, and QA teams, manage BOM changes, apply PMI-based Whirlpool product development methods, and mentor the team to deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with product development processes and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost and quality initiatives across product design and manufacturing.
• Coordinate BOM changes and vendor interactions.
• Lead PM activities using Whirlpool development methodology (PMI-based).
• Provide technical guidance on change management, FMEA, PPAP, and validation processes.
• Mentor team members and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
