Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation seeks a Cost & Quality and Day to Day System Integrator to manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery of design optimization opportunities. The role supports manufacturing productivity by resolving factory issues aligned with subsystem teams and driving cost-saving through design improvements.

You will scope ideas, analyze SIR data, and lead cross-functional teams using Whirlpool Product Development methodology (PMI-based).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years in project management with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ year in scope, time, cost, quality, stakeholder and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Drive cost and quality optimization through product development lifecycle.
• Analyze BOM data to identify cost-saving opportunities and feasibility.
• Manage BOM changes in Windchill / SAP and lead project execution with stakeholders.
