Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline with FE/PE eligibility or PE license.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex wastewater system planning projects and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cities and internal teams on policy, planning, and capital programs.
• Develop and update regional Wastewater System Plan and related policies.
• Analyze flow meter data to allocate costs and identify inflow/infiltration issues.
• Mentor staff and support finance teams on sewer connection charge and grants.
