Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to take ownership of technically demanding projects across North America. You will lead design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection systems, preparing drawings and specifications, and ensuring code compliance.

Join a multidisciplinary team, guide project delivery from design through construction, and collaborate closely with clients and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience designing MEP systems for buildings.
• Working knowledge of US codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel).
• Professional Engineer (PE) status or in progress.

As a Senior Engineer at Black & White Engineering in Texas you will provide high-quality technical design support across critical buildings and infrastructure projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure that each project meets client requirements, applicable codes, standards, regulations, and our commitment to getting it right the first time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS, or fire-protection systems for a range of building types.
• Working knowledge of US legal and regulatory requirements, building codes, engineering standards, and industry procedures.
• Proficiency in Revit and other discipline-specific engineering design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and Excel.
• Professional Engineer status (or working towards it).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
