Job summary

Black & White Engineering in Arlington, Texas is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to own technically demanding projects across North America. You will join a multidisciplinary team and ensure designs meet client needs, codes, and our right-first-time standards.

You will prepare specifications, drawings, and contract documents, guiding building-services design through the lifecycle while collaborating with clients and external designers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS, or fire-protection systems for a range of building types.
• Working knowledge of US legal and regulatory requirements, building codes, engineering standards, and industry procedures.
• Proficiency in Revit and other discipline-specific engineering design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word and Excel.
• Professional Engineer status (or working towards it).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

About the Role

As a Senior MEP Engineer at Black & White Engineering in Arlington, Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth) you will provide high-quality technical design support across critical buildings and infrastructure projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure that each project meets client requirements, applicable codes, standards, regulations, and our commitment to getting it right the first time.
