Senior Engineer, Quality (multiple positions)

Responsibilities

1. Participate in all Agile ceremonies for the team.
2. Plan and execute tests covering functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs, and report findings.
3. Lead test automation efforts, design frameworks, and suggest process improvements.
4. Utilize and modify existing libraries/tools for automation testing.
5. Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
6. Create test strategies and plans, and assist other teams as needed.
7. Identify and adopt new tools and processes.
8. Document QE processes and tools.
9. Develop solutions to problems and communicate with stakeholders.
10. Develop key quality metrics and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, and five (5) years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master’s degree with three (3) years of experience is acceptable. Demonstrated experience with:

• Software quality assurance
• Complex system architecture and data flows
• WebDriver-based tools (e.g., Playwright)
• Salesforce (Standard/Custom Objects, Profiles/Permission Sets, SOQL, Apex, Debug Logs)
• Javascript/Typescript
