Summary of Duties:

1. Participate in all Agile ceremonies for the team.
2. Plan and execute tests to cover functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs, and report findings to the team.
3. Help lead test automation efforts, design frameworks, and suggest process improvements.
4. Use and modify existing libraries/tools for automation testing.
5. Decipher between basic business requirements and technical requirements.
6. Create test strategies and plans for the team and assist other teams when needed.
7. Identify new tools and processes for adoption.
8. Write general documentation regarding QE processes and tools.
9. Develop solutions to problems and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
10. Develop key quality metrics and reports for organizational stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field, AND five (5) years of experience in a similar role or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in one of these fields with three (3) years of relevant experience is acceptable. Candidates must demonstrate experience with:

• Software quality assurance
• Complex system architecture and data flows
• WebDriver-based tools including Playwright
• Salesforce: Standard/Custom Objects, Profiles/Permission Sets, SOQL, Apex, Debug Logs
• Javascript/Typescript coding
