Summary of Duties

• Participate in all Agile ceremonies for the team.
• Plan and execute tests to cover functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs, and report findings to the team.
• Help lead test automation efforts, design frameworks, and suggest process improvements.
• Use and modify existing libraries/tools for automation testing.
• Decipher between basic business requirements and technical requirements.
• Create test strategies and plans for the team and assist other teams when needed.
• Identify new tools and processes for adoption.
• Write general documentation regarding QE processes and tools.
• Develop solutions to problems and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop key quality metrics and reports for organizational stakeholders.

Qualifications

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field, AND five (5) years of experience in the relevant role. Alternatively, a Master's degree in the same fields with three (3) years of experience is acceptable. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with:

• Software quality assurance
• Complex system architecture and data flows
• WebDriver-based tools including Playwright
• Salesforce: Standard/Custom Objects, Profiles/Permission Sets, SOQL, Apex, Debug Logs
• Javascript/Typescript coding
