Senior Engineer/Project Manager – Water/Wastewater (hybrid)

In this role, you will support the Water practice area by managing projects, serving on project teams planning and designing water and wastewater infrastructure for public works and private projects. What You'll Do:

Our services include planning, management, design, analysis, and permitting for maintaining these essential systems. You will have the opportunity to manage multi-million dollar projects and will be responsible for:

• Performing project management duties on specific projects.
• Planning and executing projects assigned to the water group.
• Providing expertise to other practice areas within the company.
• Managing design tasks, client interactions, and performing engineering assignments using engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Handling complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitable materials, and coordination challenges.
• Preparing contract plans, specifications, calculations, hydraulic analyses, etc.
• Meeting regularly with clients to monitor and maintain satisfaction on all projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating QA/QC reviews of project deliverables with technical staff.
• Supervising and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with experience in engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
