Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/biotech environments experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering tasks.
• Documented experience with validation practices (GLP/GMP) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct process characterization and optimization projects.
• Develop technical solutions for complex engineering challenges.
• Supervise engineers and technicians on projects and assignments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for large-scale modifications.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through documentation and CAPAs.

Education

Doctorate in Engineering

Master’s degree in Engineering + 2 years of engineering experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 4 years of engineering experience
