Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with engineering experience, or a Bachelor's with significant engineering background.
• Experience in manufacturing/biotech environments and validation procedures.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct characterization of process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Develop major system modifications and capital project designs.
• Collaborate with research, manufacturing, quality assurance, and validation teams.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and vendor/consultant engagement.
• Lead and review work of engineers, associates, and technicians.
