Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Engineer to develop complex applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics tools. This role involves consolidating data sources in Dynamics for advanced analytics and collaborating closely with clients to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define data integration needs with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage custom data models in Power Platform (Dataverse), including database connections and ingestion pipelines.
• Use Power Automate for data extraction, transformation, and scheduling.
• Create relational models and develop Power Apps for data consolidation from Dynamics 365, PostgreSQL, and other sources.
• Handle sensitive CRM data in compliance with governance policies.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet milestones and provide technical documentation and support.
• Design user-friendly UI views and dashboards in Power Apps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (certification preferred).
• At least 3 years in solution design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Dataverse, and custom connector development.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and O365 integrations, C#.NET, ASP.NET, CRM SDK, plugin development, and adherence to coding standards.
• Experience working in agile environments, handling sensitive data, and collaborating across departments.
• Strong communication skills and a consulting background are advantageous.

Additional Information:
