Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. seeks an experienced maintenance professional to support the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer in HVAC and Central Plant operations. You will supervise repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance while upholding company standards and the We Win Hearts culture.

You will read blueprints, coordinate materials, train junior staff, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations across the Nevada properties. A valid Nevada driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate Master level in one specific trade.
• Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce initiatives from Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer.
• Oversee HVAC/Central Plant SR and respond to assignments in the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components.
• Respond to Guest complaints promptly to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort.
• Become familiar with all systems throughout the property.
• Train less experienced Team Members.
• Maintain all tools and maintenance equipment.
• Formulate bill of materials to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.

Job description

Responsibilities include directly supporting and enforcing all initiatives given by the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing HVAC/Central Plant SR. Respond to job assignments in the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components as directed.

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture. Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the properties operations. Responds to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort. Becomes thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property. Responsible for training less experienced Team Members. Maintains all tools and maintenance equipment. Formulate bill of materials to accomplish assigned tasks. Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
