Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
• Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.
• Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate "Master" level in one specific trade.
• Ability to use and carry job related equipment.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce all initiatives by the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer.
• Oversee HVAC/Central Plant SR and related maintenance tasks.
• Respond to assignments in repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Train less experienced Team Members and maintain tools and equipment.
• Formulate bill of materials for assigned tasks.
