Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Senior Engineer to lead process optimization and troubleshooting across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects. The role applies advanced engineering principles to design major system modifications and experiments and to develop complex technical reports.

The successful candidate will supervise engineers and technicians, collaborate with QA, validation, and external vendors, and drive projects within schedule and budget constraints

Qualifications

• Experience performing technical assessments in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple assessments and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex or novel assignments requiring development of new or improved engineering techniques and procedures.
• Develop engineering policies and procedures that impact multiple organizational units.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers, associates, and technicians on ongoing and project‑based activities.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and adapt methodologies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Automation, Validation, Quality, Process Development, and external vendors to obtain and evaluate technical information.
• Lead and mentor engineering staff; delegate and manage project work.
