Qualifications

• 10+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 8 years of related engineering experience with a Master's degree or PhD in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is preferred

Responsibilities

• Exhibits expert knowledge to serve as the highest level resource for the company in a specialized area
• Leads system-wide activities and projects in specific engineering areas
• Develops plans to address system-wide issues within the field of expertise
• Identifies and resolves highly complex problems requiring extensive specialized knowledge
• Leads preparation and presentation of complex technical subjects to senior management and external bodies
• Builds teams and networks across the organization and with external partners
• Makes decisions impacting the system, objectives, and strategic direction
