MISO is seeking a Senior Engineer Operations Planning FRES in Carmel, Indiana, to build near-term models of the power system, support power flow, contingency, and stability analyses, and coordinate outage information.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $127,000‑152,000 USD annually (state/local pay transparency legislation). Position eligible for an annual bonus if performance and company objectives are met. Benefits include 401(k), vacation, sick and safe time, available from the first day of employment.
