• Direct maintenance of plant buildings and coordinate design, surveys, and schedules.
• Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisitions.
• Provide training for engineering staff to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Assist in budgets, planning, and renovation projects; perform related duties as needed.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, codes, and hospital policies.
