Job Title: Senior Engineer, IE (Capex and Project Management)

Department: IE

Reports to: IE Manager

Location: Mesquite, Texas

Job Summary:

This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin and the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple departments to support the factory's key performance objectives, including cost management, production capacity, operational efficiency, and energy efficiency.

Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to achieving site-wide operational goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop layout and drawings
• Calculate cycle time and standard production capacity
• Apply accounting and finance skills for cost analysis, budget control, and manpower/headcount planning
• Automation projects management, On-site efficiency improvement with automatic machines
• Project coordination with different departments (Chinese team and US team)
• Train operators and line leaders about IE

Qualifications and Experience:

• Major in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering programs
• Excellent ability in AutoCAD and production simulation tools
• More than 3 years working experience with manufacturing and IE project management
• Be familiar with the solar module manufacturing technique and manufacturing process of photovoltaic, electronic and other industries, master the relevant experience of layout planning, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Have excellent communication skills, outstanding analytical ability and adaptability; strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, able to deal with work pressure.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese
• A master's degree is a plus. An MBA degree is a plus.
