Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or PE licensure.
• Able to analyze complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• PE license or advanced degree reduces OJT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering tasks on complex projects requiring specialized knowledge.
• Develop strategies for grid modernization and system performance analysis.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for major projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training.
• Support department planning, budgeting, and cross-functional meetings.
• Engage with industry committees to advance knowledge.
