Job summary

You will mentor engineers, lead advanced analyses, and ensure safety, reliability and compliance while guiding grid modernization initiatives.

The role also involves budget, schedule and resource management, cross-functional collaboration, and field inspections with potential extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform assignments in specialized engineering areas with advanced expertise.
• Lead engineering tasks for complex projects including field testing and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and resolve complex issues requiring highly specialized knowledge.
• Develop and lead projects with significant financial and operational impact, including documentation.
