Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Seven or more years of engineering experience in operations, production, construction or maintenance.
• Valid Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineers performing diagnostics, monitoring and inspecting equipment, and reviewing grid technologies.
• Leads preparation of technical reports, presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement future technologies and asset performance strategies.
• Assists in engineering and grid strategy initiatives including new procedures and design recommendations.
• Supports new equipment installation and startup, then leads handover to ramp and sustaining phases.
• Leads junior engineers in investigations of distribution system threats.
• Gathers data using engineering studies and tests of components and systems.
• Facilitates training and professional development for engineering team members.
