Job summary

Frey Consulting Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineer to independently provide process characterization, optimization strategies, and troubleshooting across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate will apply advanced engineering principles to design and implement major system modifications, analyze results, and present findings. Collaboration with Research, Manufacturing, and QA teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Engineering or related field, or Master’s in Engineering with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 4+ years of experience.
• GMP/GLP exposure and experience with validation processes in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex assignments requiring new engineering methods and procedures.
• Develop policies and procedures impacting multiple units.
• Supervise engineers, associates, and technicians on projects.
• Collaborate with Research, Manufacturing, Process Development, Utilities, Facilities, QA, and Validation teams.
• Partner with project managers to meet design, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate consultants and vendors for standard design documentation.
• Develop budgets involving multiple disciplines.
