Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks an Engineer to support process characterization, optimization strategies, operational troubleshooting, and equipment reliability within manufacturing environments. Under general supervision, you will apply engineering principles to support equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and capital projects.

You will also analyze issues, support compliance, and develop solutions of moderate scope and complexity.

Qualifications

Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
Experience in GMP/GLP regulated environments is preferred.
Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance strategy development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent technical communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques under supervision.
Carry out routine technical engineering tasks with defined objectives.
Support process characterization, optimization, troubleshooting, and operational improvement.
Apply engineering principles to support manufacturing and production operations.
Develop solutions to routine technical problems within assigned area.
