Job summary

White & Case LLP in New York seeks a Senior Engineer for Document & Risk Management Systems to own and advance key legal enterprise platforms such as iManage and Intapp, on‑prem and cloud. You will lead deployments, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring security, data integrity and availability while partnering with legal and administrative teams.

The role offers the opportunity to shape multi‑year roadmaps, mentor junior staff, and work across hybrid cloud environments in a global law firm.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in administration of MS-Windows and Linux application servers (App/Web and Database).
Experience writing PowerShell scripts for deployment and admin tasks.
Experience deploying and utilizing APIs, including REST and RPC.
Experience with cloud integrations in hybrid/multi-cloud deployments.
Experience with IIS & Apache web server management.

Responsibilities

Install, manage and own Windows and Linux app/Web/DB servers both on-prem and in Cloud.
Implement applications to DBMS servers (MS-SQL, Linux).
Provide third-level support for critical enterprise systems.
Coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure availability and optimization.
Develop roadmaps with business teams and oversee multi-year deployments.
Continuously enhance skills through training and education.
