Qualifications

• Comfort operating in high-accountability client-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational execution across assigned engineering functions.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with ATS standards and SLAs.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
