Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing technology or enterprise integration.
• 3+ years designing RESTful APIs with authentication, versioning and governance.
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON payload design, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience writing technical integration specifications.
• Experience architecting cloud-native integrations using AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for marketing automation, data, and AI.
• Own intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution for platform requests and AI use cases.
• Design and govern RESTful APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
• Lead the marketing technology team and drive AI-enabled initiatives.
• Maintain platform health, governance, and cost management across tools.
